Not to forget, the Infoline also served as another platform for the public to provide information or tips that can help PDRM combat commercial crimes. According to the statement released by the Director of CCID, Mazlan Mansor, the Infoline operates on a daily basis from 8:00 AM until 12:00 AM. Furthermore, reports that are sent to the Infoline have to be made from a phone number that has been registered with a telco in Malaysia. Naturally, each report or information provided to the platform will be verified first before any actions are taken on them.
