The update had reportedly been pushed to Galaxy S10 series units in Germany first, before eventually being rolled out to other countries in the EU. In our case, our test Galaxy S10+ unit began receiving the update back on 28 November, although it should be pointed out that our unit was provided directly by Samsung Malaysia.

— Aaron Lee (@aaronlee1389) December 10, 2019 So far, information about the One UI update rings matches up to our software update. The update size is listed as 1975.20MB, which is approximately 2GB. Additionally, it also carries the latest December security updates. One of the many feature updates that the update brings is the phone’s fingerprint sensor icon being shown on the Always On Display feature. It’s a minute addition to the Always On Display function, but a welcomed feature nevertheless. Another update that comes along with the update is the inclusion of Android Auto.

At the time of writing, it seems that the Samsung One UI 2 update seems to only be rolling for the Galaxy S10 series, and not the Note10 lineup. As it stands, the Note10 and Note10+ is still running on One UI 1.5 and Android 9.0 Pie. Thanks Aaron Lee (@aaronlee1389) for the heads up!
