Specs-wise, the phone is rocking a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC that’s paired with 12GB RAM, and 256GB of expandable storage. For its display, the Edge+ uses a 6.7-inch “Endless Edge” OLED display that is seemingly reminiscent of Samsung’s single-sided Galaxy Edge smartphone that launched back in 2015. Its resolution is only Full HD+, but like most high-end phones these days, it has a higher than average refresh rate of 90Hz. Further, the panel also features an in-display fingerprint scanner. Of course, the highlight of the Edge+ is the quad-camera main array and its massive 108MP main shooter. To edge it along, the camera module also includes an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS, a 16MP ultra-wide, and a Time of Flight (TOF) depth sensor. Around the front, the selfie camera in the punch hole is rated at 25MP.
Powering it all up is a massive 5000mAh battery, which Motorola says will provide the Edge+ with up to two days of use, although it goes without saying that your mileage will vary. Depending on your usage. Surprisingly, the phone will also support the brand’s own version of fast wireless charging, officially called TurboPower. Connectivity-wise, the phone comes with Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, and will be compatible with 5G.
