Company CEO Leo Chow said that the Guaranteed Delivery service also supports two other existing guarantees from the online shopping platform – 100% Authentic and 15-Day Returns. This comes as an added benefit to customers, assuring a reliable delivery service as well as guaranteeing high-quality genuine products with easy return policy.

Lazada noted that LazMall Guaranteed Delivery products can be identified with a “G” icon, while those that include a “24h” icon indicates that the delivery will be made the next day. On top of that, customers will also be able to see the product’s delivery date on the order confirmation page. They added that any shipment that exceeds the stated delivery date will be automatically compensated to the customer’s Lazada Wallet.
