Both the RX 5700 XT and RX 5700 have been given the ROG Strix treatment, sporting the brand’s iconic three-fan configuration and axial-tech fan design with 0dB technology. Additionally, the PCB for both cards are built with premium alloy chokes, solid polymer capacitors, and features several high-current power stages. The heatsink on both cards also provides twice the contact surface with the card’s GPU, allowing for better heat dissipation with the three fans sitting on top of the heatsink. And of course, both the RX 5700 XT and RX 5700 are fitted with ASUS’ Aura Sync customisable RGB lighting.
Specs-wise, both cards come with 8GB GDDR6 memory, and run on the new PCIe 4.0 standard. In terms of clockspeeds, the RX 5700XT’s OC mode has a base clock of 1840MHz, a boost clock of 2035MHz, and a game clock of 1965MHz. In Gaming mode, the base clock is set at 1770MHz, while its boost and game clock are rated at 2010MHz and 1905MHz, respectively. Further, the card also features 2560 Stream Processors. As for the RX 5700, the card features 2304 Stream Processors, and has a single Gaming configuration. Which sets the card’s base clock at 1610MHz, and its game and boost clock at 1725MHz and 1750, respectively.
Both the ASUS ROG Strix RX 5700 XT and RX 5700 are already available at authorised resellers and PC shops. The RX 5700 XT will retail at an SRP of RM2500, while the RX 5700 will sell for RM2200. Both cards come with a 3+1 Year warranty.
