When the country enters the endemic transition phase on 1 April, those flying into the country will no longer be required to quarantine as long as they take a PCR test two days before departure. Obviously, this would be incredibly tedious and expensive for those who commute several times a week for work to neighbouring countries such as Singapore, Thailand, and Brunei. As such, Khairy said that he is currently negotiating with neighbouring countries, as well as the states that share land borders with said countries, to reach an agreement that would maintain public safety while also making it easier for periodic commuters to travel between those borders regularly....

Called TV6, the channel has yet to be officially announced by RTM although its existence was acknowledged by the broadcaster’s Twitter account earlier today: The test transmission of TV6 has taken place since 1 March on myFreeview through the platform’s channel 113. However, it is yet to be made available through RTM’s streaming platform, RTMKlik or any other broadcast partners such as Astro and unifi TV. At this moment, the channel is broadcasting its contents from 7:00 AM to midnight and it is not known for now if RTM has a plan to eventually turn TV6 into a 24-hours channel....

Samsung is also working together with Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) to expand the use of HDR10+ Adaptive across multiple movies and catalogues, both currently existing and new. Strangely enough, there’s no mention if other streaming services such as Netflix and Disney+ will support the feature, although that could simply be due to the fact that a lot of their content is more dependent on Dolby Vision than HDR10....

Since Samsung Malaysia has yet to officially announce the phone itself, we not able to confirm whether this promo is DirectD’s own effort or will be available at other Samsung retailers as well....

To be fair, the concept and technology of in-display fingerprint scanning have been around since June last year. For example, the Vivo V11 and the OnePlus 6T are two phones smartphones that ship out with a fingerprint scanner embedded beneath their displays. The Huawei Honor 10 is another phone that houses an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, although that sensor is situated just below the display rather than beneath it. In the case of Qualcomm, it’s ultrasonic scanner technology uses sound waves to generate a map of your fingerprint with waves of pressure bouncing off your skin....

According to the patch notes, the G988NKSU1ATC2 firmware update for the S20 Ultra adds improvements to the device’s camera system, as well as stability improvements, bug fixes, updated security, and added or improved features. The software update comes in at under 160MB so it’s recommended to use Wi-Fi to download the file – unless you don’t mind using data for this. As for the S20 Ultra’s post-patch camera performance, we’re glad to say that the update has improved its quality in all modes, especially when utilising its 100X Space Zoom camera....

As a start, the Galaxy A70 has a slightly bigger 6.7-inch Super AMOLED 20:9 Infinity-U display versus the 6.4-inch Infinity-U display seen with the Galaxy A30 and A50. While the inspection, cleaning, and repair services are being provided for free by Samsung Flood Relief Programme, it does not cover the cost of spare parts though. In other words, you still have to pay for any new parts that need to be replaced in your Samsung devices or home appliances. Perhaps the more attractive deal among the three is the new RM 3,199 price tag for the Galaxy Note20 5G. This is actually the second price revision for the phone, as it originally launched at RM 4,299 last year and was then later lowered to RM 3,899 earlier in 2021. This new change further shaves off an additional RM700 from the flagship phone’s price, which is pretty decent for those who’ve been considering picking up a recent Galaxy Note phone for themselves – especially the fact that Samsung has decided to give the series a pass for this year....

The stable update, which is designated as N975FXXU1BSL7, is being rollout via OTA to all Note10 devices in the country. Contrary to an earlier report, though, the size of the update stands at nearly 2GB. The same size as the update that rolled out for the Galaxy S10 series more than a month ago. Considering it’s another teaser, there’s nothing much that’s new to be gleamed from this. Though a previous leak, assuming it is accurate, may have told us most of what we want to know about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, at least in terms of what is on its spec sheet....

Starting with the Samsung Galaxy A02s, this will come with a 6.5-inch HD+ display, an octa-core 1.8GHz chipset, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space. Its battery is rated at 5000mAh, and supports 15W charging. For cameras, it has a 13MP main camera, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor at the back, and a 5MP camera in front, in the waterdrop notch. As for the Samsung Galaxy A12, this has a similar 6....
