Later that same day, Facebook and Instagram parent company Meta was given a fine of 2 billion Russian Roubles (~RM114 million) for the same reason of hosting banned content on its platforms. Russia’s communication watchdog Roskomnadzor stated that Facebook and Instagram failed to remove two thousand pieces of content that violate Russian laws, whereas Google kept 2,600 pieces of banned content. Although this is the first time that a fine was issued based on a percentage of a company’s revenue in the country, it didn’t specify exactly what the percentage was....

The Galaxy A51 is registered under Samsung Malaysia Electronics with the model number SM-A515F/DSN, and was approved by SIRIM on 17 December 2019. Other than that, the SIRIM’s e-ComM listing also specified that the device supports a variety of LTE bands, NFC, and comes with dual sim support. Unfortunately, no listing of the Galaxy A71 was found in SIRIM’s database of approved devices – for the time being, at least....

According to one report, Samsung representatives commented that the decision to cancel its CPU project was made in order to keep its Exynos chipsets more competitive in the current market alongside Huawei and Qualcomm. On another note, there is speculation that the company will fill the void left by its custom-made CPU cores with ARM-based cores.
