For those unaware of the game, Beat Saber is a VR action rhythm game where you strike floating cubes with dual “light sabers” in pre-determined directions while matching to the beat of certain songs. The game features original, as well as licensed songs from various artists. Even more so thanks to its expansion packs, which includes hit songs from Imagine Dragons, and Monstercat. Oculus explained that the move is to provide the Beat Games Studios with more development resources, and Beat Saber will continue to roll out more content including the upcoming 360-degree levels update....

AMC says it will issue a code for the NFTs, which will be redeemable through a special website and distributed via Wax blockchain. ORIGINAL STORY (2:15 PM): Smart cameras are useful tools for keeping an eye on your home while you’re away. That said, a bug could mean you end up seeing what’s going on in other people’s houses instead. Such was the case when a Xiaomi Mijia owner tried streaming the camera’s feed to his Google Nest Hub. Reddit user Dio-V tried to stream the feed from his Xiaomi Mijia smart camera to his Google Nest Hub....

Google says that the incident began at 12:25 PM US Pacific Time, which translates to 3:25 AM local time. The company managed to resolve the issue at a little over four hours later, but did not elaborate on what caused the congestion. Affected services include YouTube, Google Cloud and G Suite. Incidentally, Snapchat was also affected by the high levels of congestion during the same period of time. Reuters reports that it uses Google Cloud, which may explain the Snapchat outage coinciding with the Google Cloud issues....

The update comes after the search engine began testing its advertising reach starting last year.
